Community Action Agency of Delaware County, will take air Conditioners and TV’s if they work, for no fee.
They will even pick them up.

If you have an Air conditioner in non-working condition, you can reach out to H&R trucking.
They will take them for a small fee, and they pick up as well.

PECO is running a Fridge & Freezer Recycling program.
They will pay you and pick up your old working refrigerator/freezer.
