On Tuesday June 19, 2018, at 7:00 PM, Borough Council will conduct a public meeting, within the regular Council meeting, regarding the Borough’s Stormwater Management Program.  There will be a presentation given by the Borough Engineer regarding the Borough’s participation in the Eastern Delaware County Stormwater Collaborative along with their accomplishments and future opportunities for residents and business owners to get involved to help improve water quality.  The public is invited and encouraged to provide input.

MS4 Permit Information

Glenolden Borough has an MS4 permit issued by DEP which regulates the municipal separate storm sewer system. The MS4 permit requires the Borough to implement a stormwater management program designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from the storm sewer system and that this program consists of six different areas. The six areas (i.e., the Minimum Control Measures) can be seen at the link to the EPA MS4 Overview site.
